What Polaris is
Polaris House (ABN: [PENDING REGISTRATION]) is a personal-development and self-reflection product. Forge, Compass, and Ledger are not licensed psychological assessment services, medical products, financial advisory services, or legal services.
What our results mean
The profile snapshot you receive is based on your self-reported answers to 12 questions. It represents an early, directional signal, not a clinical diagnosis, a personality type, or a prediction of future behaviour. Confidence levels (low / medium / high) reflect how clearly your answers pointed in one direction, not the scientific validity of any claim.
Compass (life direction)
Compass is a personal-development practice. It is not therapy, counselling, clinical psychology, or medical treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or a crisis line in your area.
Ledger (money psychology)
Ledger is a personal-development practice. It does not provide financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. Nothing on this site constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial product. Consult a licensed financial adviser, accountant, or solicitor for those decisions.
Subscriptions and billing [DRAFT]
Compass Pro is offered on a monthly ($120 AUD/month) or quarterly ($330 AUD/3 months) subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. under their terms of service. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by Australian Consumer Law. If you experience a billing error, contact us at hello@polarishouse.org within 30 days and we will investigate.
Australian Consumer Law [DRAFT]
Nothing in these terms limits any guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including rights to a remedy if a service is not of acceptable quality. Where the ACL applies, our liability is limited to re-supplying the relevant service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Polaris House (ABN: [PENDING]) is not liable for any decision you make based on the profile snapshot or content on this site. Use the product for self-reflection, not as a substitute for professional advice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If material changes are made, we will notify active subscribers by email and post an updated version here at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
